Scalable Copper & Fiber Backbones for Modern Workplaces

Design, deploy and certify structured cabling systems optimized for 10G/25G/40G and beyond. We combine Category-rated copper, OM3/OM4 multimode fiber, and single-mode options for future-ready LANs.

Key Benefits
  • Standards-based designs (TIA / ISO)
  • End-to-end OEM-certified components
  • Structured labeling & documentation
  • On-site testing & third-party certification

Technology Overview

Our LAN Passive Networking stack covers all non-powered components in a campus or data center LAN — copper horizontal cabling, fiber backbone and uplinks, patch panels, cable management, racks, and accessories. Each deployment follows industry standards and uses OEM components to ensure warranty and performance.

Typical Use Cases

  • Enterprise offices (open-plan & private offices)
  • Data centers & server rooms
  • Campus connectivity between buildings
  • Industrial & manufacturing floor networks (with appropriate armoring/ratings)

Standards & Compliance

TIA-568.2-D
Balanced twisted-pair copper cabling
ISO/IEC 11801
Generic cabling for customer premises
IEEE
Ethernet performance & PoE considerations
NEC / Local fire codes
Cable fire ratings (CMP/CMR/LSZH)

Products & Technical Details

ConnectorsIEC / TIA compliant RJ45, LC duplex for fiber, MPO/MTP for high-density trunks
Patch Panels24/48-port LSA / keystone panels with cable management and labeling
Cable ManagementHorizontal managers, vertical managers, rings, finger ducts, brush panels
Racks & Enclosures19" 42U/24U racks, wall-mounts, sealed enclosures for harsh environments
Testing & CertificationFluke/NetAlly level-2 testing: NEXT, FEXT, ELFEXT, return loss, insertion loss, link attenuation
Fire & EnvironmentalLSZH / Plenum rated options; UV/rodent resistant armoring for outdoor runs

Performance Targets

  • Cat6A — supports 10G up to 100 meters (channel)
  • OM4 — supports 100G at short distances (data center uplinks); excellent for 40G/100G breakout
  • OS2 singlemode — single-mode backbone for long-haul and campus interconnects

Installation Best Practices

  1. Perform a detailed site survey to map cable routes and identify environmental risks.
  2. Follow bend-radius and tension limits for fiber and copper during installation.
  3. Use proper segregation from electrical power, and maintain pathway separation.
  4. Label both ends of every cable and keep an up-to-date cabling database (BOM + As-built).
  5. Perform end-to-end testing and provide a certificate for each channel.
